Windsurfing is gaining popularity in Fiji. It is available at most resorts in the Mamanuca Group and the larger resorts along the Coral Coast, which has excellent windsurfing conditions, especially around the Sigatoka area. The Mamanuca's has good windsurfing conditions but its greatest appeal is the beautiful surrounding environment. One resort dedicated to windsurfing is the Safari Lodge near Rakiraki, which also offers instructional programs.
