Octopus Resort offers a true break from the rat race, and gives you time to be yourself. Switch off without the pressure of mobile phones, emails, traffic, newspapers, radio and TV. The minute you step on to the beautiful beach at Likiuliku Bay you’ll be on 'Fiji Time'!

Accommodation

Octopus Resort has seventeen traditional bures (Fijian bungalows) and brand new premium accommodation called Poppy’s Lodge. About half of the bures are located right on the beachfront and the remainder about 30-second walk away.

Bures accommodate singles, couples and families and each has a private bathroom featuring an open roofed shower, queen and single bed. Another single bed or a cot for an infant can be added.

Poppy's Lodge is a four-room beachfront luxury accommodation located right in the heart of the resort and a “stone's throw” from the water. Each unit is also airconditioned

Dining at Octopus

Octopus Resort takes pride in using fresh local fish and produce. Freshly caught seafood, tropical fruits and vegetables and fresh thirst-quenching juices are featured daily. Our open-air, sand-floored restaurant with large decks, make it the ideal place to relax and enjoy our spectacular sunsets. There’s a kid's dinner menu too, and we’ll cook an early dinner for them if you'd like. Or, pre-book a baby cot or leave the children for a few hours to be cared for by one of our staff.

What to do at Octopus

We try hard to offer our guests just the right balance of relaxation, exercise opportunities, cultural interaction and fun. There's plenty of variety for all ages without the noise of jet ski's and parasail boats.
Stroll along the 1km of beach, stretch of tranquil Likuliku Bay or enjoy a relaxing massage. If you’re feeling more energetic, we can arrange island hopping trips, Fijian village visits, hiking, fishing, water skiing and beach parties. And, there’s plenty more we haven’t mentioned here!
The kids aren’t forgotten at Octopus, either. Fijians love children, and whether you want a babysitter or someone to weave the kids a hat or pick them a coconut, our staff are only too happy to oblige.

Scuba Diving

Octopus Resort has its own dive operation offering a complete range of PADI courses. So, you can experience some of the best virgin diving in Fiji, just minutes from your door step. We offer free scuba lessons three times a week, so if you’ve been thinking about giving scuba a go there's no excuse not to and no better place to do it !
We also offer a full range of rental equipment, all brand new, including wetsuits, fins and masks. Bring your own gear or use ours and be guided through the Yasawa Islands’ crystal clear tropical blue waters or take the plunge for the first time and do a one-off resort dive.
