![]() The Fiji Islands are west of the International Dateline so it is one day later than in the United States. However, it is also “earlier” because when traveling to Fiji you are going west (and south). The easiest way to figure out the time in Fiji is to refer to, for example, Pacific Standard Time, subtract 4 hours and add one day. During periods of Daylight Savings Time, subtract 5 hours since Fiji doesn’t change its clocks at any time during the year.
